One point of contact for everything you need
Most SME buying isn't one thing — it's a mixed list of parts, consumables, kit and services all needed on the same job. Instead of chasing five suppliers for five quotes and reconciling five invoices, you send us one list.
We're a UK-based goods and services facilitation partner: we source from our established supplier networks (or your preferred suppliers, if you'd rather), run the buying, chase deliveries and hand you a single consolidated quote up front and a single invoice at the end. Perfect for one-off purchases or ongoing ad-hoc needs — no retainer, no lock-in.
How the process works
- Send the requirement. Spec sheet, drawing, photo, part number or plain description — whatever you've got.
- Quick supplier quotes. Typically back within 24–48 hours from UK suppliers we already trust.
- Approve. One-page summary with price, lead time and recommended option.
- Order & deliver. We place the PO, chase delivery, resolve any issues.
- One invoice. Transparent facilitation fee agreed up front.

Typical one-off examples
- Mixed job list — 8 different components + plant hire + PPE for next week, all on one quote.
- PPE sourcing UK — bulk PPE for a new site or shift, quick turnaround.
- MRO supplies procurement — filters, fasteners, lubricants, consumables in a single order.
- Plant hire sourcing UK — access equipment, generators, welfare units — sourced and coordinated with your other items.
- Site supplies sourcing — hoardings, welfare kit, hand tools, temporary services.
- Components & spares — bearings, seals, machined parts, off-the-shelf electronics.
- Contractor sourcing UK — vetted trades or specialist subcontractors for a single job.
Transparent facilitation fees
Every one-off purchase facilitation comes with a capped, transparent fee agreed up front. That's the only way procurement fees stay honest.
When to use one-off vs a sourcing project
One-off is right when the item is well defined, urgent, or a low-value standalone buy. A full sourcing project is better when the spend is significant, repeat, or where multiple suppliers need vetting before you commit.
Either way, the fastest thing you can do is send us the requirement.
